Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM)
We also hold Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (EGM) from time-to-time to discuss important company issues. Our last EGM took place on November 5, 2007, where shareholder's approved the proposal to acquire ICI.
